Accepted Insurance
Coverage and benefits vary by plan. Patients are responsible for copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and any non-covered services. Insurance verification does not guarantee coverage or payment.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $300
Medical Weight Management Consultation (60 minutes): $300
Medical weight management is offered as a cash-pay service only. The initial consultation is used to assess fit, clarify goals and relevant history, and determine what type of treatment plan would make the most sense. Ongoing recommendations, follow-up structure, and pricing depend on the clinical picture and the type of care being considered.
Ongoing Follow-Up Care (60 minutes): $250
Ongoing follow-up care may include medication management, therapy, or both, depending on the clinical picture. Visit length and frequency depend on clinical need and the type of care being provided.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are subject to a $125 late cancellation or no-show fee.
Superbills
Superbills may be available for cash-pay patients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on the patient’s plan.
